Payments

Your purchases can be fulfilled in Swiss Franc, Euro or USD.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Via PayPal
    • Pay via PayPal
    • Credit Card: pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
  • Direct bank transfer
    • After you placed your order you will receive a mail with our bank details.
    • CHF: IBAN payments
    • EUR: SEPA payments (IBAN)
    • USD: US ACH and Swift payments

For customers having other currencies than Swiss Franc, Euro and USD, should preferable make their payment in USD.
For example customers from the United Kingdom having a credit card with Britisch Pound GBP should preferable choose to pay with USD.

Shipping Prices & Delivery Times

The delivery times and shipping costs are

  • Switzerland: 1 – 2 days, DHL Express, CHF 10
  • West-Europe: 2 – 4 days, DHL Express, $42, approx. EUR 37
  • North-America: 3 – 5 days, DHL Express, $45
  • International: 4 – 6 days, DHL Express, $60

The exact shipping costs are shown during checkout of your purchases after you provided your address.

Custom Fees

All international (non Swiss) orders, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. Since every country has different customs criteria, we cannot estimate the cost of fees prior to shipment.

The shipping charge you pay at checkout only covers the fees necessary to get the package delivered. However, it doesn’t cover import fees charged by your country.

Please also be aware that packages subject to customs clearance procedures may also be subject to delays beyond original delivery estimates in customs. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

Backorders

Orders which cannot be fulfilled immediate have an additional processing time of 3 weeks.

Tracing your order

On the checkout page a personal account can be created. The My Account page gives you an overview of your current and previous orders. Here you can view the items ordered, the processing status of your order, shipping tracking links and invoices.

Returns and Changes

We are proud of the quality we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case you wish to change your order. Items can be returned within 3 days after receipt as long as the strings have not been removed, the hair not bleached, dyed, cut or otherwise used. The hair must be in its original state and ready for resale.

Items discounted or on sale cannot be returned or changed.

On all items returned we charge a restocking fee of 15%. All returns receive a store credit. The store credit must be redeemed within a year of credit being issued. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.

Prior to returning the items you have to send us a mail (within 3 days; reply on the order confirmation you received by mail) with the reason to return or exchange the items. We will provide you with our returning procedure. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
